Account & business information. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the business details you enter, including services, pricing, message templates, and logo.

Customer information you enter. The names, phone numbers, email addresses, optional job-site addresses, quotes, and photos you add about your own customers. You are responsible for having the right to provide this information.

Payment information. Subscription billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain limited billing status and identifiers.

Usage & device data. Log data, device and browser type, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service, including web-push subscription identifiers if you enable reminders.

To provide and operate the Service; create and send quotes, follow-ups, and review requests; process subscriptions; send you reminders and notifications; provide support; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, payment, and email delivery providers, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Quote and review pages you choose to send are accessible to the recipients you share them with via a unique link.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, subject to legal and accounting requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access or update your information in the app, unsubscribe from automated emails, disable push notifications, and request deletion of your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; contact us to exercise them.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new Last updated date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
